a. Full length assessment of the foundation, we understand about the potentials and visions of the main decision making authorities. What systems are existing? If foundation has some projects, what they are adopting parameters to continue their projects.
b. We design some comprehensive action plan as per gaps of the foundation. In shape of newly registered or non-registered foundation, we give them complete standardized road map for their working. d. We start marketing of these programs/models to donor/partner organizations. For the subject we develop complete proposals, cash flows, five years financial planning, detailed activities, impact analysis, need analysis etc. These will be a long list of documents and it gives us some handsome partnerships from donor/partner organizations.

a. GAIN will introduce and do direct partnership with donor agency and NPO. It has no middleman character. GAIN just plays a character of a facilitator.
